Announcing Our New Drum Jog System

Customers looking for a safer and faster way to change filter media will be interested in our new Drum Jog System. Now filter media can be attached to the drum or disk and then easily rotated into place. By utilizing dynamic safety switches and a handheld pendant, the jog feature will forward and reverse. The safety circuit can be custom configured for any application and installed on both new and existing filters.

Benefits include:

  • Safely and easily jogs, rotates, drums or disks while keeping all fans and motors in a safe state.

  • New RFID, radio frequency identification, door switches simplifies customer overall installation.

  • Pendant is removable and connection is made via 8 pole mini cable.

  • Door switch LED lights indicate faults and provides self-diagnostics which results in decreased downtime and troubleshooting.

  • All connections are made via M12 cable connections.

  • Safety rating per: EN ISO 13849.
